Steadier aim necessary

It's probably a lot easier to hit a slow moving target, especially when it's a humongous whale. Perhaps that's why a Japanese whaling ship "narrowly missed an inflatable boat carrying (Greenpeace) protesters, causing one to fall into the freezing sea ..." Assuming, of course, the Greenpeace hacks were the intended target.
